The University College of Omran-Tosseeh

The University was founded in 1994 by Doctor Ali Eghbali, with approved license from the Ministry of Science, Research, & Technology. It was ranked a Higher Educational Institution in 1996. The University has recruited students through competitive National Standardized Admission Test mechanisms. It formally started its teaching classes and research activities in September of 1996. There are three Schools in UCOT:

  • School of Technology & Engineering,
  • School of Rural Development
  • Doctor Ali Eghbali School of Environmental Engineering
  • The School of Humanities is in the process of development
